You're at The Dock House! Enjoy complimentary kayaks w/ your own private slip out to the Gulf at this Mid Century Modern waterfront hideaway! Bring your toys :) Our dock can accommodate up to a 22’ boat. Have some fun grilling out back with friends over a few games of corn hole next to the water. Perfectly situated between Venice and Nokomis Beach, 2 miles/5 mins from each stunning beach. We also have bikes for guest use and are located right next to the Legacy Biking Trail!
